As a Setter / Commercial at Summit Academy, this position will significantly contribute to the growth and diversification of the company's financial services, strengthening Summit's position as a leader in creating financial freedom through innovative investments. In addition, this role will play a critical role in educating and supporting clients to confidently navigate complex financial markets, enriching the global financial ecosystem through more informed and strategic participation.

• Qualify prospects to direct the most appropriate profiles towards the advanced stages of the process.
• Effectively manage your interactions and follow-ups with customers using our Pipedrive CRM system, the essential tool for maintaining order and accuracy in lead follow-up.
• Follow up leads. This task is crucial to closing sales, especially with the most hesitant customers.

Your appointments will be pre-scheduled in your calendar, allowing you to concentrate on the effectiveness of your closings.

• Experience: Proven experience in sales or telemarketing.
• Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with team spirit and initiative.
• Autonomy: Ability to work independently, with a results-oriented approach.
• Achieving objectives: You're constantly looking for new ways to achieve and exceed your goals.
• Rigour: You have a rigorous approach to tracking prospects in the CRM.
• Be prepared to work remotely. The whole team works remotely, without an office.

Passion for industry (preferable) : A strong passion for Web3 and the blockchain space.
